Criticism On “Banks Repay TARP With Funds Meant to Spur Small”

I really do not understand what you think should be done about the pensions promised to and accepted in good faith by public employees. These employees have fulfilled their part of the contract and worked for however many years and in many cases, such as teachers in IL and MA, relinquished their social security tax rate security benefits. The money that would have gone to social security was instead to be put toward their pensions. What do you think they should now be told? Do you realize that many of them cannot collect any social security benefits because they were exempt from paying the SS tax?
